There are a lot of reasons why most firms stayed away.

(1,896 posts)Their reputation needs to take a hit. Everyone needs to have zealous legal representation available to them-even Trump- but there are limits to what is ethical and appropriate. Their reputation needs to take a hit. Count them among the firms that will take any client, prosecute any case, do whatever they can no matter the legal efficacy. Expect one of their lawyers to open the desk drawer, take out a neck brace and hand it to Trump with the phone number and address of a doctor who will be happy to take care of him.

don't care about getting paid from their "client" (because that
just what he does )or Trump's representation will simply be
called "Pro's Blono" work, taken as dollar for dollar tax write off.
That way WE, every tax paying individual (the 90%) will have
the pleasure to pay for Trump's legal tantrum over being a LOSER
for the first time in his life.

(2,419 posts)for this firm. I find it interesting that lawyers there are expressing discomfort with this particular client. I didn't think they had it in them to feel any kind of regret. This is a firm that represented tobacco companies, the Bin Ladin family, Volkswagen and Art Modell when he moved the Browns out of Cleveland. Good to know there's some kind of gag reflex there, it just takes a lot to make them throw up in their mouths a little bit.
