If SCOTUS were to remain consistent with 2000 Gore decision after that date they would halt any future legal challenges and recounts and whoever is up is up.

11. Much of what is being counted are provisional ballots too

and you can't "hurry that up" with extra people. They each must be verified as submitted by someone eligible to vote if their name wasn't "in the book" (or the data system) when they went to vote in person, and that they did not already submit a ballot or vote "in person" elsewhere... OR if a mail-in ballot had been sent to them but they never received it (thanks to USPS), which then required them go to their polling place to vote "in person" (and that meant they were handed a provisional ballot because the state's data system indicated that they were sent a ballot)... OR if they received a mail-in and chose to vote "in person" instead and thus needed their ballot to be "spoiled" (invalidated).... ALL of which required/requires adjudication in the state's voter election system.

Joe's lead is now 45,609 with only 44,838 left to count. I have "ascertained" that Biden has now won the election! Time for the GSA to turn over the cash and let Joe get on with the business of the country.
