Days after the first set of Articles failed, new ones should have been brought.
There is no shortage of crimes and misdemeanors to choose from with new ones seemingly daily.

The only decent bump Trump got in the polls his entire four years as president was when he was acquitted the first time.

Had we impeached him again, he might have won. And it would have accomplished nothing.

1. It's Congress duty to impeach with this unprecedented amount of justification.
2. Having an ongoing impeachment hanging around Trump's neck while campaigning may have helped defeat him and GOP senators defending him. If you had timed it right, some of those GOP Senate candidates might have been stuck in impeachment sessions rather than on the stump while our challengers were pointing out their hypocrisies .
3. No limits on number of times you can impeach, you don't lose anything as long as your case is substantial and well stated and the process is already up and running when crimes like we're seeing pop up. You can add charges as the evidence reveals itself.

forces the Rethugs to act?

Who am I kidding, they will not do shit, they are traitors to core.

Maybe impeachment would help with the Senate runoffs in GA?

10. What most Americans choose to forget

The vast majority of Dictators in developing countries rose to power with the backing of Western powers. In this hemisphere, more than a few of our democracies were destroyed by US interests and of course the interests of the established churches. Most of our military dictators were trained in the West to defend Western interests.

Just a few short months ago Pompeo was in Guyana giving them instructions about accepting the will of the people. And it's the same shit with Venezuela.
Spare me.

That said, I'd impeach both of them.
