Is this possible?

Can someone that knows more than I do about the Constitution tell me if this is possible?

He basically is saying that if the states can't certify their election results by 12/14 they can choose different electors.
I've been trying to stay relatively calm and positive but in the back of my mind I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop. I wouldn't put anything past crazy Trump and the evil Republicans.

stepping in as it’s not a judicial issue. Pennsylvania has already said they won’t do this and their state law says who ever wins the popular vote gets the electors.

Without PA he can’t win. Other states are not going to subvert the will of their voters either

PA majority leader has said they will not overrule the will of the voters

barr knows he has no role to play in deciding elections, in the recent rulings in PA and MI SCOTUS made it ABUNDANTLY clear that elections and election law was decided by the state legislators only.

My understanding is that many or all states have laws requiring electors to adhere to the popular vote within that state.

I think the court ruled unfaithful electors can be punished, but can still be unfaithful.
