And so, the day ends with the Trump campaign dismissing its own appeal from the Nevada Supreme Court.

Some day, I will reflect back on the Trump legal strategy and be like Upside-down face.





Today in court, a Pennsylvania judge asked a lawyer for Trump point-blank whether he was alleging fraud.

This is an illustration of how small the fights are the Trump campaign is picking. They are losing in court everywhere, but even if they win their cases, it's not enough votes to change the results.

As someone who litigates a lot of post-election cases, I find it all quite odd.

Just in: Pennsylvania Secretary of State reports just 10k ballots came in between Nov. 3 and Nov. 6. Biden wins Pennsylvania without those votes.

We need to watch what they are doing besides these nuisance legal filings.

I an really glad judges are not going along with their nonsense, though.

to create a negotiating situation. In this case, there is none.

He is just going to anger blue state voters and judges. Any sympathy to offer him in deal in upcoming NY prosecutions was destroyed.
