My Answer to a Colleague when She Asked What I've Been Doing in the Food Biz Lately...

I was doing tons of nutrition analysis for biggies and the smallest after the pandemic started because they all went to selling prepared and raw food packs at first. Then everything stopped with that in March when the CDC & FDA finally changed their focus to the virus much too late. Also, after sub-contracting for a epidemiologist in the last years, I'm so depressed at the horror we are experiencing now. I'm sure you already know, but I'm encouraging all my friends and families to stay home as much as possible. From my own studies, I'm estimating we will be closer to a half-a-million dead by the end of the year, than published reports indicate. In other words I'm worried for you and your family, as well as our nation. SO Please take SUPER CARE!

And I repeat all my DU friends; PLEASE STAY HOME!

I haven’t changed anything. Still getting my groceries delivered and I live in a condo in a building that only has code access and we are all required to wear masks in or around the building. It’s worked very well so far. It’s stupid to take chances.
