Officials preserve all records and documents concerning Trump's businesses receipt of payments from the Federal government Can they go directly to the SCOTUS in this emergency time?

with no evidence of any wrongdoing. Presumption that government officials are doing their jobs can only be overcome by evidence that they are not. Mere suspicion doesn’t count.

But truth is, he's becoming more irrelevant with each day. He can make a big jackass of himself and it won't make a dent in the Biden administration's work. He will be forgotten soon enough.

He is maintaining a slow and steady pace towards inauguration day.

A lawsuit against Trump or the Trump administration would just stir up the Trump supporters.
Biden's mild demeanor may win some of those Trump supporters over.
