Loser trump Would Still Lose Pennsylvania Even If All Late-Arriving Ballots Were Tossed Out

As Caitlin Huey-Burns of CBS News noted on Tuesday, “Biden currently leads by over 45K votes. That means even if SCOTUS takes this extension up again and those post-ED ballots are discounted, Biden’s lead still holds.”

As agreed by the US Supreme Court on October 19th.

The U.S. Supreme Court allowed Pennsylvania to count ballots received up to three days after the election, rejecting Republican attempts to tighten the deadline.

Saying that these votes were late, incorrectly gives a tiny sliver of credibility to the Trump regimes baseless argument.
