Folks, please question articles that suggest GA legislature will choose electors

Not happening.

https://www.archives.gov/electoral-college/electors

Who selects the electors?

Choosing each State's electors is a two-part process. First, the political parties in each State choose slates of potential electors sometime before the general election. Second, during the general election, the voters in each State select their State's electors by casting their ballots.

You're being hoodwinked.

Yes, they could try to pull this off, but don't think Mark Elias and other Democratic lawyers wouldn't be waiting to take them to court.

A WHILE BACK, as in most of the other states, was the electors were chosen by choice of the Democratic and Republican parties. They cannot change that law now that the election is over.

There was another poster who spelled it out better than I could, but if people still want to fret about this, go ahead.

They can change the way it's done in the future, but they can't undo an existing slate now.

change the way the electors will be chosen. What legal body would ultimately determine whether the legislature's actions were constitutional or not?

People keep posting articles which suggest that the Georgia legislature will somehow wipe out Biden electors and install Trump electors if Biden holds the state. They're not stating it as indelicately as I just did, but you get the point.
