I am grateful for one thing in this mess

Thank goodness the margin is fairly solid. If this were like 2000 when it all came down to a few hundred votes, I don't think we would survive it.

If we had the 2000 totals in the 2020 environment, it would have been ugly beyond belief. I lived through that shit 20 years ago and this would have been x10.

The contrast with trump is so obvious.
My first choice Warren would fight valiantly, but right now the media would be falling for every sexist trap the rightwing ever set for her.
Biden is also best equipped to walk in to an executive branch in ruins because he saw it four years ago in a very functional condition.

Sadly true on the first one but true nevertheless.

Definitely true on the second one. Especially as the transition startup drags on.
