https://lawandcrime.com/2020-election/lawyers-litigating-for-trump-suddenly-remember-their-licenses-are-on-the-line-if-they-lie-to-a-judge/It was apparent to legal commentators that one of the lawyers arguing the Montgomery County case before Common Pleas Judge Richard P. Haaz was not going to risk losing his law license by lying in court. Some also noted that sanctions may be issued where frivolous lawsuits have been filed.

On Tuesday, Judge Haaz promptly put Trump campaign attorney Jonathan S. Goldstein on the spot. The judge asked him point-blank if the campaign was actually alleging any fraud. Goldstein went to bat for President Trump while admitting that he was not alleging fraud, uttering the phrase (twice): To my knowledge at present, no. Legal experts said that Goldsteins remarks were typical of a lawyer unwilling to risk sanctions or bar discipline in service of a client.

starting tomorrow, or at least by next week, every lawsuit dismissed immediately should result in sanctions on any lawyer/firm involved in bringing it before the courts!

The largest law firm representing the Trump campaign or its allies in post-election litigation challenging votes in key states has withdrawn from an election lawsuit in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Associate Presiding Civil Judge Daniel Kiley on Tuesday granted Snell & Wilmers request to withdraw as counsel of record for the Republican National Committee. The RNC had teamed-up with the Trump campaign and the Arizona Republican Party in the case, which alleges that Maricopa County incorrectly rejected some votes cast on Election Day.

Methinks the judges are getting a little annoyed with the nonsense and will up their creative writing skill and really let loose with some real scathing zingers; all will be vying for bragging rights and comped drinks at clubs, don't you know.
