I've used that screenname since the AOL days.
The university assigned it.
I call myself GAC.
I get the Gilligan reference.
But, the "calling myself" is an insult.

Cruise ships are super spreaders - I don't care how desperate we are in these islands.
No cruise ships.

This whole scenario breaks my heart, because, I know that beyond the economics there are so many people there who love what they do in the tourism industry.

Unlike those floating hotel amusement parks.

"There are 53 passengers and 66 crew on board the small, yacht-like vessel, which was anchored off Union Island in the Grenadines at the time the announcement was made."

If this yacht-like ship can't cruise virus free, those really big ships just won't be able to sail safely again until this virus is gone.

More accurately is that I at least didn't blame him, but thought they would have to. Those people on that one had to be out of their minds to go on that cruise. By the time they left, unless they were believing what Trump was saying, they should have known how risky it was.

Ok, not really. How are people so dumb to pay for a cruise and expect otherwise, right now?

At least one of them, probably more, have the virus. There’s literally no way around that.

In a cruise group that I'm a member of, they are demanding to cruise now! I was planning my first cruise when the pandemic started, so I still see posts from the group on my feed.
