And who is going to finance it? That's going to be a tall order. Fox has the advantage as they already have the infrastructure and presence.

Oh and lets bring up another point, good portion of the base is in rural areas and thus still need a satellite dish/cable. They don't have internet strong enough out there yet....its getting there, but still not available enough. Some simply will have no choice but to watch fox.
