In a brief motion, lawyers said: "Plaintiffs will be best served if Porter Wright withdraws."

can be fined (to the best of my knowledge) for bringing unsubstantiated law suits and or lying to a court. So they are leaving to protect themselves from court actions against them by the court.

I asked if I could get a job helping to destroy democracy. Maybe that, and other communications from people, finally piqued the conscience of someone, or they just did the cynical business move.
