I'd guess that they were going to make a fraud claim against a canvassed county and it's even more ridiculous and irrelevant now than it was when they filed it.

The lengths that these people went through to try to invalidate a completed election is truly remarkable. Imagine putting your name to this nonsense and considering yourself a good and honest person!

All the other lawyers have quit, and I think Bill Barr has even backed away from this.

For him to appear, he’ll have to apply for admission pro hac Vice, which means he’ll have to associate himself with an attorney who IS licensed. It may be a problem finding someone willing to make specious arguments to a judge he or she will have to appear before again.
