I think one of the first orders of business should be no one from the trump administration can work

For anyone getting federal contracts. I know you couldn't phrase it that way, it would have to apply to everyone. On the other hand maybe it could be written such that anyone under investigation, since plenty trumpers will be. Then draw out the investigations for years like trump always does.

I know there are some rules about this already but they are too easy to circumvent. Some are only for a year, ought to be 5.
