In a court filing, the Trump campaign asked US District Judge Matthew Brann to consider issuing an order that the results of the 2020 presidential general election are defective and providing for the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose Pennsylvanias electors.
Led by the presidents personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, the filing is part of Mr Trump bid to amend a 9 November lawsuit challenging Pennsylvanias result.

(20,489 posts)based solely on their particular blend of constitutional/political/religious/societal beliefs, and that those beliefs are the desire of their particular conception of Gawd, NOT willingly and eagerly leap gloriously into that decision?

(15,078 posts)I can see Amy Coney Barrett, Clarence Thomas, and Alito voting to keep Trump in power. Gorsuch, Roberts, and the other three - not so much.

(15,078 posts)But it's all about delaying and stalling. That's The Orange One's MO. But while he does this, state after state will certify their elections and it will be done. I am seriously looking forward to December 14th!
