I adore Rachel so I know quite a bit about her. It was "love at first site" when she and Susan met. Susan is Rachel's EVERYTHING. She has had a REALLY bad case of COVID and there was a point when they weren't sure she was going to make it. Rachel has continued to test negative but as I said, Susan has had a really bad case but is getting better. There are no rooms at the hospital so my assumption is that maybe Susan has had care from a medical professional at their home.

I listen to Stephanie Miller every morning and one day last week Stephanie mentioned that she and Rachel's dad, Bob, have kind of a friendship. During this time they've been texting. Stephanie didn't divulge that it was Susan who had come down with COVID but I kind of got the feeling it was because Bob had mentioned to Stephanie that he's been dropping groceries off at Rachel and Susan's house. Rachel is in a completely different area of their house away from wherever Susan is. She's not sure when she'll be back in the studio.

One of my favorites, Stephanie Miller, unable to visit her 98-year-old-mother in SC for almost a year for fear of giving her COVID.

These is emotional & physical wear and tear that does not heal quickly or easily. Just one more form of trump's abuse.

Thank you for that assessment. The unbelievable damage that dt has done to this country and its people is immeasurable...

As I mentioned in another post, I listen to Stephanie Miller every morning. It's just devastating that she is in such a horrible situation regarding her mom. . Dr. Doom said she should leave sooner rather than later (when she normally goes during the Christmas holidays). He also said it'd be better if she could drive and not fly but her mom lives in North Carolina which is 2,500 miles away!

I'm so glad that Susan is much better! I knew they were partners, didn't know she was older. Such a harrowing ordeal. I thought it was a someone else and and that Rachel was afraid of getting sick, and giving it to Susan.
Hopefully Rachel will be all clear, and Susan makes a full side effect free recovery!
