He's gross. Just plain gross.

If you called him on it, he'd deny it. His behavior isn't registering with him. I really believe the man is in decline. Never liked him, not even after September 11, 2001. Still, he has taken a roll down hill when it comes to mental acuity.

He's gone from being a horrible person to being a horrifyingly horrible person.
