Fun facts about turkeys...

A DUer posted a like to a story "Fun facts about turkeys", but the link was dead.
I found another link to that VITAL story.
(I know this isn't the lounge... but... c'mon... we can't focus on the Malignant Mango all the time or we'd go nuts.)

2. Wild turkey, of which we have dozens about

can certainly fly. They roost high up in trees.

4. Yeah I just checked with the eleven wild turkeys in our backyard

they can fly, but they'll be back (ugh).

6. Never say never. Once when driving in northern Arizona I was startled by a wild turkey gliding

above me from my left to my right. It was big! And I've seen common chickens roosting
high up in trees. No wonder I don't trust most "experts"!
