He seems like the perfect type of "take no bullshit" straight shooter that we could use more of in our Democratic Party and he seems like he would be a good fit for Pennsylvania. Any chance he would run for Senate? Or are there some other good Pennsylvanians lined up for that race already?

I've thought so since I/we first saw him, when he ran for this position: 'On September 11, 2015, Fetterman announced that he would run for the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate seat held by Pat Toomey in the 2016 election.'

Much more, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Fetterman_(politician) and incidentally, Albright College (BA)
University of Connecticut
Harvard University (MPP)

In 2018, Fetterman spoke publicly about a substantial weight loss; at the time, he had lost nearly 150 pounds (70 kg).[51] Fetterman is 6 feet 8 inches (2.03 m) tall.
