Assuming the doctors had some say in the decision, it would explain why Chris Cristi, Rick Scott and now Ben Carson have come out with testimonials that doctors would approve. Especially Cristi and Scott who have warned people to wear their masks and don't get careless!

He or his staff may have made some phone calls to encourage this treatment but ultimately, medical professionals had to authorized it and set it up. Words still matter in America.
