More substantively, Trump campaign brief ignores binding Supreme Court authority in Winter case about need to prove all four factors to be entitled to preliminary relief. They cite a pre-Winter unpublished 3rd Circuit case saying otherwise, and misstate that holding too.

seems to have spread throughout the Country as much as Covid. Wouldn't be surprised if the Supreme Court isn't itself a bunch of shit made up. Damn, I'm joyful today.
