The issue with BvG was not the Equal Protection claim itself but the fact that the conservatives refused to accept any attempted remedy other than stopping all recounts and handing the state immediately to Bush.

Can't remember which one of the PA suits, but it was related to their order to segregate ballots that came in after 11/3. In any event, there weren't enough of them to make a piss hole's difference.

But they didn't take that one up.

There is a certain amount of visceral pleasure watching this Caravan of Idiots stumble from court to court, only to lose over, and over again...but the cost is too high. Time that the country and the world can't afford to squander like this.

At that point I would expect to see Bush v Gore used as precedent to halt any further legal challenges.

Even then I don't expect it to stop until the EC meets and votes giving Biden 306 EV on Dec 14th.

Because, according to them, every loss gets them closer to being able to appeal to the Supreme Court where they wi be victorious in the end...
