Yes - they said Congress has to pass a law to make them enforceable; it's not explicit in the law.

Lots of crooks that WOULD NOT answer their subpoenas from before? I'm sure Adam will have some names in mind? I hope they CONTINUE where they left off!!!

...that would be a matter for DOJ.

Assist in such enforcement and since nobody in the DOJ was going to do that, they weren't enforced. I could be mistaken about that.
