Health Care workers should refuse to show up in red states that bar masks mandates

It's time to take the fight to Republican governors. If they won't do anything to abate the spread of COVID for purely political reasons, then they do not deserve health care workers that put themselves in danger. Doctors, nurses, ambulance drives, and all the health care frontline personnel should travel to places where the governors are actually being responsible until the pandemic ends. Enough is enough. Time to drive home the point that we have the ability to fight this disease but we shouldn't placate the political whims of irresponsible politicians.

Their governors and the public are asking them to sacrifice themselves. Not only with the potential of catching the pandemic but creating an unworkable environment where they cannot keep up. It is extremely damaging for these healthcare workers on many levels and they are not getting the support that they need. Something has to get the attention of the public and their governments.

There is no game. It is a discussion. Do you show up here to score points or look for one upsmanship contests?

Healthcare workers deserve the right to advocate for their own working conditions and safety. If that’s a game to you then I don’t know what to tell you. We are losing our healthcare workers because of exposure and we aren’t going to be able to keep up unless these governors wake the hell up. What are health care workers supposed to do if they cannot get support? Voluntarily put themselves in danger for people that will spit on them for trying to save them?

People that spit on them, call them liars for telling them they have CV19, scream for treatments drumpf lied and said were available but aren't? I think they should have to just stay at home and suffer the consequences because they got this through refusing to wear masks and going to places (often churches and parties) with lots of others indoors. Just wish nurses and hospitals could refuse to treat those asses.

And she does not tolerate things rwnj do and say. She hates racists and won't treat them. And magats are the fools running around without masks.

Left ward people are smart enough to wear masks in the office.

If you look at rwnjs they all have a similar range of appearance.

They look like each other.

She doesn't go on looks she goes by thier behaviors .
She's from India and the racists talk shit to
Her like they're entitled and she bounces them out the door. Her practice is hers . She does it for health reasons and mental health.

And some rwnjs around here can be kareny and abusive verbally to her. There is no reason to put up with abuse.

However I love her to smithereens best endro I ever had that I also call my freind.

I get that nursing is a calling to help others. But when the others are full on murderers, what then? Maybe because I don't have that calling is why I rant like this, probably. However, if I was that nurse in SD, I think I would be going on disability due to anxiety of the asses killing her or her family while she tries to keep them alive. What an untenable situation.

I was gobsmacked when I saw her place a sign for the buffoon in her yard. Go figure.

hospital or nursing home gets an unshakable conviction that they must not work in any state which doesn't mandate masks, and must immediately mow to a state that does.. For the record, workers in AK, AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, MS, MO, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, and WY are affected.

Overnight, millions of people in the affected states pack up their bags and move to a different state. No matter how much people plead, they refuse to go back. Governors in the affected states activate their National Guards, only to find that all health care workers within such Guards have already fled the state.

One month later, casualties are in the millions. The vast majority of the elderly in nursing homes have passed away, as they are unable to receive anything but the most rudimentary medical care from those lucky enough to have family who have taken them home. Those who are in hospitals on Dec 1st suffer much the same fate. Anyone involved in a life-threatening accident is lucky to just be crippled, as the only aissistance they can hope for is a helpful bystander with a first aid kit.

The government has tried to force health care workers to go back to these states, but while they can be dragged there, nothing is capable of making them treat those in need.

Two months later, 95% of those in the affected states have moved to the 36 states where health care is still possible. With a third of states effectively no longer in existence, the economy crashes.

Well done.
