I sprained my ankle badly this summer. I had to stay off it for a few days but it mostly recovered in three weeks or so as I recall- I wore a special brace for a while. Unfortunately I injured my knee at the same time, which showed up more later on, I’ve been in therapy for that for about four months, it is finally getting better now, fingers crossed.
