Virus Has Been In U.S. for Nearly a Year

Virus Has Been In U.S. for Nearly a Year December 1, 2020 at 7:39 am EST By Taegan Goddard “The new coronavirus infected people in the U.S. in mid-December 2019, a few weeks before it was officially identified in China and about a month earlier than public health authorities found the first U.S. case,” the Wall Street Journal reports.
“The findings significantly strengthen evidence suggesting the virus was spreading around the world well before public health authorities and researchers became aware, upending initial thinking about how early and quickly it emerged.”

1. I was sick Thanksgiving last year. Thought it was the flu but just different.
Took me 3-4 weeks to get rid of the cough. Horrible headaches.

2. My wife's friend, we believe, contracted it in London in Jan, 2020
She felt under the weather the last couple of days of a trip there and a couple days after coming back home, she was in the hospital. Ended up there for about 3 weeks with severe respiratory issues.
She was very healthy. Always running 5Ks and 10Ks...weekly She only just recently was able to complete a 5K but her times are much slower. She still has some remaining issues |

3. One of my husband's best friends
Was over from Europe, in NYC appearing in Slava's Snow Show. By mid-December he was desperately ill. Even when he the show ended and he came to stay with us for a bit - he was still really sick (mid January). Too sick to fly home.
Now if anyone has been to it (Slavas Snow Show) - It is an international pull. It was in NYC at Christmas Season (people from all over tourism). The players get out in the audience. He was desperately ill - it wasn't a typical flu. I truly believe he had Covid. |

4. Worst flu in my life was last December.
For the first time ever I had all the symptoms, including muscle aches which had never before occurred. The caveat was that I was only sick for 2-3 weeks, and was fine afterwards.

5. If you think you may have had it,
get a blood test to see if you have immune cells to it. If so you can donate or sell your plasma, and you will know.

8. Exactly.
You can get the test at any Kroger (or Kroger affiliated store) that has a pharmacy for $25.
Do what you can to help with the research. |

6. Blood On Trump's Hands
It didn’t need to be this bad. If this had hit with a competent Administration we would not be where we are now. Trump disbanded the Epidemic Response Team that Obama had used. He wasted precious time calling it a “Democrat Hoax” saying it would soon dwindle down to nothing, etc.
I’d call it multiple remote murder. I hope Trump rots in Prison. |
