On the contrary, everything adds up about Giuliani's coronavirus. It's called privilege.

?s=20

Giuliani said he had exactly the same treatment as the president.

“Exactly the same. His doctor sent me here, talked me into it. I didn’t really want to go to the hospital and he said don’t be stupid, we can get it over in three days if we send you to the hospital.”

The average American wouldn't even be given a hospital bed unless they were in extremely bad condition. Regeneron is available but your doctor has to approve it and be able to get it.

Of course he did. We should expect no less from our US healthcare system. vsrazdem Dec 2020 #6

Not enough tests
Not enough PPE
Not enough valid/reliable proven treatment
Not enough vaccine

Trump's style is making sure to control the levers of suffering/relief. Threats of death? Only trump can deliver!

"REGN-COV2 IS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE IN PATIENTS WHO ARE HOSPITALIZED."

Late Friday, the FDA gave the green light to Regeneron's REGN-COV2, a combination of casirivimab and imdevimab. The treatment was authorized for use in mild to moderate COVID-19 patients age 12 and above, who have tested positive for the virus and are at high risk for progressing to severe COVID-19 and/or hospitalization. REGN-COV2 is not authorized for use in patients who are hospitalized or require oxygen therapy due to COVID-19, or for people currently using chronic oxygen therapy because of an underlying comorbidity who require an increase in baseline oxygen flow rate due to COVID-19.

The hospitalization was due to privilege and not medical considerations too. Its use in highly connected, unhealthy Trumpers is absolutely nothing to do with guidelines or "authorizations", or the FDA.

Which means that the very day Giuliani came back positive, he immediately got the best care, the medical team threw the whole spectrum of treatment at him before the virus could really get its hooks in him, and he got round-the-clock care. You and me aren't entitled to any of that.

Uncover your head, pull the tinfoil out of your ears and save it for the Sunday roast. They had coronavirus and they also had that magic, white, power, wealth, privilege.
