4. Yes, there's no question he committed felonies by obstructing and delaying

the US mail, and arguably worse since his objective was to interfere with a U.S. election.

Put him under investigation and remove him during the course of the investigation.

The very thought of DeJoy remaining in office for a Biden administration is so far beyond ridiculous. I won't let this go. None of us should.

What if he receives a pardon? Then he's admitting guilt and can be fired for cause.

6. He'd simply say that ballots were delivered on time, he was trying to

cut overtime costs, there is significant excess capacity in sorting machines, over 200K blue mail boxes have been removed over past few decades, he was trying to avoid borrowing money from general fund to operate, etc. If local post offices delayed mail, that’s more than likely on the local postmasters.

Dejoy is a trump jerk, but he’ll never be convicted unless there are emails or records of calls where he ordered local postal employees to delay, trash, hide, ballots.
