Time to focus on winning the State Houses and governorships and local Councils.

That is actually where the power is planted for voting rights and other policies. Voter education about state and local elections is where we need to focus not. Take a clue from Stacey Abrams.

We need to educate our base to focus on their local and state politics. It can be done with town halls and ad campaigns from now until 2022 and beyond.

4. That's exactly what Reubs did in the 80s

...promising first they would take over school boards, then city councils, then state legislatures, then governors, then Congress, then the WH! Then they went out and did it!
