If you are out of UI this week or one week shy, still keep filing the weekly claim.

I have been stressed for the last couple weeks not only getting an extended UI but also getting kicked off UI today, filing my last claim and what does that mean for us.

Someone gave me an heads up that their state says keep filing that weekly UI. That makes sense to me. I feel much better that there is a reasonable answer to the possibility of what we need to do and since I was stressing so, I figure others are to. so an heads up for those inn the same situation or info for others, if they her of someone else asking questions.

So when the 13 wk, Dec 26 deadline is used, keep filing that weekly claim.

Thanks Lefta for the info.

2. I don't see how you can do that in CA.

If you donít have weeks for which to certify, the system doesnít allow you to access the certification form.

3. I have not gotten to the point of trying. I still have that last week to do today. I did have

someone on the Gov board state he was told to do that by unemployment. He got a call back or something. So there is always a fingers to cross until it is done and I see it works. I am bummed to hear it does not do for Calif, meaning, consistent across the board. I hope you all get your answer fast. Outrageous that the information is not easily available. I have been asking for a couple weeks now and spent lots of time last week trying to find the answer writing to people calling people and nothing. If I hear anything I will let you know.
