We have held the House for two years, and we never subpoenaed him, and since the Senate does not have any more weight in that regard than the House, I’m sure the House did not subpoena him because he would not have shown up. Bottom line: With an Attorney General like Barr that will not enforce subpoenas, there is no point in issuing subpoenas.
