What are the odds trump and his family will flee the country?

I think trump doesn't trust Pence will pardon him if he resigns, and will either try to get others ( Putin, eric prince and others) try to pull something for trump , or flee to another country, is 50/50. He knows what's coming, and he and his family with many others will be getting exposed . Of course if he does he'll claim he's being victimized again by corrupt people, when the proof will show overwhelmingly he was working for putin , and tied to massive corruption , and horrific crimes all along. Along with GOP members of Congress. If he tries a self pardon, it'll easily fail. trump's desperation now is showing more every day.

ability of trump to bully or buyoff state level politicians like he has for 30 years is over with a few exceptions There is no law, no federal pardon that prevents state level indictments. BUT trump becoming a resident of Florida, he would have to be extradited from Florida and he has bought off Florida politicians and judges before. Of course that requires him never to leave Florida, ever.

The walls are closing in and trumps will react accordingly with greater insanity.

I don't think he think he's ever done anything wrong because breaking the rules to reach the desired end is acceptable to him and his kind. Remember his response: "Because I'm smart...."

People like him and his family think that everyone breaks the rules, and whoever breaks the rules best is a "winner".

People don't get it, the Presidency basically makes you immune from prosecution. Why? The Dems aren't going to go after Trump and his family because they know that would mean that the Reps would go after the family of Ex Dem Presidents. I realize one family commits crimes, the others do not, but that's not how 2/5ths of the country sees it.

Now not so much because it's pretty clear to me that he truly believes that his rich white and 'presidential' privilege will get him out of anything including all of the crimes he and his family have perpetrated in various states and this country.

.... There is some motivation for him to do so.

he will lose the legal protections afforded to the president

hush-money payments made before the 2016 election

tax and insurance fraud, as well as falsification of business records

 active tax fraud investigation

separate defamation lawsuits .

Mary Trump, the president’s niece, also has filed a lawsuit accusing him and two family members of fraud and conspiracy to deprive her of her share of the family’s real-estate empire.

U.S. Justice Department for federal income-tax evasion charges.
