If DC protesters get violent on Wednesday, just soak them in water.

Cops should have some fire trucks, and some water cannons on hand, at strategic locations near the targeted protest area.

Weather forecast for DC on Wednesday is a high of 44 degrees. Soaking wet people with nowhere to get warm, or change clothes, near the targeted protest area will get really cold and unhappy, and will leave.

At least for a few hours. Soaking wet in the cold would be a good way to deal with them. They were in such a tizzy about getting pepper-balled the other day. I think Mayor Bowers will have it under control.
