Not sure if that's for all votes (inc. military, etc) to be tabulated or if it's final certification.

So, if the lead is over 20,000 before they are counted, Perdue will have zero chance. Would guess he gets the lion's share of those so a lead of 15,000 should prevail for the democrat. (Assumes all 20K arrive by friday)

And, bottom line, most are already in. It's not like they wait until Friday to count them, Friday is the last day that votes can arrive. I think there were about 100 votes in Friday at the General Election
