I must confess that I also think that many if these folks will be rethinking their stance on gun control, now that they have had the experience of hiding under their desks and piling furniture against their doors.

All ok but they sent him to CT nursing home for rehab on May 1. He died May 14. He was a 98 yo WW2 vet. But more importantly he didn't deserve to die like that. I hope I never experience anything as heart wrenching as hearing my mom cry because she couldn't hold his hand. They were married 71 years.

Special generation those people who fought in WWII. They made countries that were better and better. Then Movement Conservatism came along and picked it all apart. Vibes to you and yours.
