If you've tried to reach out to "the other side" you know they have a completely different reality. The shit they come up with is mind boggling. My ex-friend yesterday told me "when they blatantly steal an election, people are going to rise up." What F***** planet do they live on? 60 cases in court and not a single piece of credible evidence of election fraud? Where do they get this shit? How sealed off from reality do they have to be and how do they manage it? But as long as this chasm between realities exist, we will not heal this wound.

There is no way to get them to see this logically no matter how much evidence is presented. The groove is worn into their undiscerning brains and they are stuck right there.
They believe they're doing the right thing with their anarchy because he says so. He is dangerous and must be removed from office. Today isn't soon enough.

All the fascist radio talking heads, much of RW audio visual media, and even some fascists in Congress are saying that those who stormed the Capitol are anti-fascist agents provocateurs, which is patently false and ridiculous. The "other side" has been rendered incapable of discerning fact from fiction by a lifetime of consuming fascist lies, and accepting them as truth.
