Who will be the Goldwater to go tell Trump "its over Mr President" ?

Nixon resigned after a delegation led by Goldwater uttered these famous words. Is there anybody today in the GOP with enough gumption to do so ?

1. McConnell would have no qualms telling him to go...but Trump wouldn't listen.

That brain (?) is too disturbed and the ego is SO controlling that it would never happen.
Look at yesterday: With rioters already inside the Capitol Building and Joe telling him to get off of his lazy A$$ and tell the rioters to quit and go home, he goes outside and delivers a love note to his fans!

We can only hope that there is enough integrity in the Congress and/or Cabinet to get him out now!

Congress/Cabinet = INTEGRITY! Sometimes I crack me up!

3. It won't do any good. Nixon was relatively sane (although sometimes drunk),

and he understood his situation. Talking to Trump won't put a dent in his delusions; Pence told him repeatedly that he couldn't do anything to change the EC vote and he didn't care.
