Most likely he will not be in any meetings. You can not just walk around the building or walk into offices. I am sure it is like the 60s when I received my badge. It had my picture and colored stripes. I could only walk down corridors that had at least one stripe on the floor that matched one of the colors on my badge. Even then, I could only walk into a room that I was designated to enter. At every intersection, there was a Marine guard, armed. I had a top secret clearance with an NSA codeword, but I did not know what the people in the next office were doing.
