President Biden is very skilled.

He is several steps ahead of the republicans. He is phoning senators and reps and working behind the scenes to enact his agenda. Thats what skilled politicians do. Apparently he is working on Collins which I think is a good strategy with a 50/50 senate. As Jen Psaki said on Rachel tonight he is wielding the possibility of passing some of the legislation via reconciliation if needs be. Schumer , Biden and Pelosi are more than capable of outplaying the gop.

1. He's old school, following his instincts. I like that, however

chatting with the senators turns out. This is how it used to be done.

2. yes and he is clear eyed. If that does not pan out

Schumer and Pelosi will push those bills through reconciliation. Jen Psaki made it clear.

9. reconciliation is very limited, only 3 types can be passed, and only once a year for each type

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reconciliation_(United_States_Congress)

Reconciliation bills can be passed on spending, revenue, and the federal debt limit, and the Senate can pass one bill per year affecting each subject. Congress can thus pass a maximum of three reconciliation bills (if only one type was in each bill) per year, though in practice it has often passed a single reconciliation bill affecting both spending and revenue.

Policy changes that are extraneous to the budget are limited by the "Byrd Rule", which also prohibits reconciliation bills from increasing the federal deficit after a ten-year period or making changes to Social Security.

zero chance (barring Manchin, Sinema, and Feinstein flipping to supporting the killing of the filibuster) to get a tonne of other things done outside that, as McTreason will filibuster it all

also, Manchin and Sinema (and perhaps others) will block some shit that WAS is the reconciliation purview as allowable

4. Skilled, smart, witty and experienced. He'll leave the Rethugs in the dust.

Particularly considering the pandemic, those are some of the reasons we supported Joe throughout his campaign.

And, Kamala Harris was the icing on the cake...... .......

8. This is what 50 years of experience, combined with moral character, integrity, great empathy &

And compassion brings to the table. This is why Biden has always been my first choice this election. He is driven to rid the country of so many crises, first of which is covid, & the socioeconomic problems its inflicted on us. He's handpicked the best & brightest to help him lead and its already made us better on the world stage &setting US back as the world leader again. Biden was destined for this greatest challenge & he's taken it on full bore.
