Please help make it where these dog thieves have no place to hide!

I posted in the Arizona group. But I really don't want these thugs to have any place to hide.
They pushed down a little boy and took his dog

Please help make this go super viral, l sick of hearing the stories like this and the bad guys don't get caught! So let's see if we can make this have a happy ending. At least make them have no place to hide.

crooks by monitoring ads for dogs, probably what they were going to do, is resell the dog...

They could be dog fighters looking for bait dogs. I have several friends in Tucson and I am sharing with them. They are all animal advocates.
