Anyone remember (after court cases) where Trump answered question on one more thing he could do?

I remember him being interviewed or answering a question at a press conference where he stated that there was one more action he could take other than judicial actions but something like "he didnt want to do that (paraphrasing)" or language like that. Does anyone remember what that was from? It would seem to prove intention as to creating an insurrection and martial law since he said it was if courts did not act.

2. When and where is what I am interested in.

He identified one more tactic he could use without identifying it. It might have been declaring martial law but he did not actually say what it was, just said he had another thing he could do but then followed with he didnt want to do it.

It was clearly not the courts so, if found and used, it could be a good question for the impeachment as to what tactic did he mean. Did he mean insurrection?

I dont think it was a rally. I think he was responding to someone's question but I could be wrong. I will try to see if its at the rally.
