Got an appointment for my first shot this Friday

I am like a kid waiting for Christmas.

I became eligible under the South Carolina guidelines last week. I tried all week to get an appointment from everyone offering them.

I found an appointment through the state site but it was in late May. I was also on a waiting list.

Overnight I was awakened by the dinner I had earlier in the evening which had habanero sauce. So as I couldn’t sleep, I had the brilliant idea to check the various sites on line for appointments.

BINGO! An appointment was available on Friday!

YOHOO!

Hubby and I are eligible in Texas starting Monday, but getting an appointment here is like entering the Thunderdome.

by booking them after midnight (on cvs website). I assume thats because the computer systems update the list after midnight.
