3. "We" can't fire him and neither can Biden. The only way to get rid of him

is by a majority vote of the USPS Board of Governors. Biden is in the process of appointing three more members to the Board to fill its open seats. Once there is a Dem majority on the Board, they can fire DeJoy. But that can't happen until the new members are seated.

The Board of Governors for the USPS is the group for his firing. And right now (I believe) there is a majority of republicans on that board.

Biden needs to appoint some Democrats to the board and then DeJoy will be gone.
