my College ed REPUB Niece won't get vaccinated. She is soooooo stupid

they are Trumpers and worship the ground the EVIL piece of Crap . I posted in a FB family group today that Krispy Cream was giving away free donuts to folks who have been vaccinated throughout this year.


She is a 34 year old teacher in a Christian school and mostly the teachers there don't wear masks or practice social Distancing. Maybe they are breaking school policy, I dunno.

Anyway this is what she posted after my donut comment. ...... "I don't want it. I'm healthy and I am not afraid of getting it."

Sooooooooooo i told her ::: "Many healthy people got Covid and they have died from it. You want to make your kids motherless?? Your mom and I can tell you for certain, that is not good. Your girls will be sad forever if you or Mark died. you are not afraid of giving it to other people? Grandma Marshall for example? They won't associate with people who haven't been vaccinated. They have told me that."

I then said :: "There may come a day when you MUST show your vaccine card or you will be barred from working or entering places of work."


My Niece didn't respond.

Hubby and I will NOT get involved in family get togethers with my sister and her adult kids. My sis and bro in law BOTH got their 2 vaccines as did my husband and I but her 4 adult kids have not.

i GUESS I WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN. I THINK THE DAY WILL COME WHEN VACCINE SHOTS WILL BE MANDATORY IN EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

There are countries where their own local anti-vaxxers spread rumors about the MMR and Polio vaccines, vicious enough that groups of public health workers periodically get killed in remote locations of Pakistan and Africa, for instance.

In any case, that kind of thing is why Bill and Melinda Gates have not yet managed to wipe out measles.

I had a screaming fight over the phone with my daughter last year, in which I repeated at increasing volume: “I will not discuss science with you” to her every cockamamie assertion about the (not yet existent) COVID vax.

She is the mother of my only grandchildren, and I WILL see them again.

As far as I am concerned, one of the greatest benefits of my husband and I getting our #2 vaccine today is that we will soon be able to see relatives comfortably, and eventually even have a social life again, notwithstanding continuing to wear masks in stores and the like.

She is a 50 something school teacher. tRump voter/supporter. Thinks Melania is a “classy lady.” 🙄

I can’t understand people that have an issue with having proof of getting the shots. We have all kinds of pieces of paper we’re required to have. Driver’s License, for example. Insurance if you have a car. Lots of people use this as an excuse not to get the shots. I remember going to Mexico in 1959 as a kid (with my parents) and we had to have proof of smallpox vaccination to re-enter the USA. It is really not a new thing to have proof of being vaccinated.

10. The Senior/Community Center is fully open in my small town and...

even though they still have a masks must be worn sign on the door most people going in and out do not wear them...They resumed their inside dining for senior meals at lunch today...la de da...fools...(know about the masks because I can see the entrance from my front apt window, about 100 yards away)...

Edit: Several of the dining staff (some are volunteers) live in my complex and are seniors with health issues and on top of that will not get vaccinated due to trumpism/conspiracy theories/jesus or other inane "reasons"...This I know because they have shared with my nearest neighbor (89 and got her second Phizer shot last week, smart lady)....

the side effects of having Covid-19, especially the neurological complications. One problem that has cropped up is psychosis, hallucinations, and delusions. One woman spent a month in a mental hospital. These type of problems have occurred in people who had mild cases, i.e. health people. Tell her to google Covid-19 and psychosis.

Two weeks in the hospital just for the sepsis. Covid-19 sepsis is viral, not bacterial, and mortality is around 25% because of organ damage.
