16. True. Fox News won't explicitly push those conspiracies.

However, Fox was the conduit for bringing those people into the bubble and convincing them that all other media outlets were "liberal" news and that it was somehow false and that Fox was the only real source of information. To the point that when Fox had to step back to protect its own legal situation, many of those viewers turned on them and went (at least temporarily) to Newmax and OANN where they were more willing to engage in the fantasy.
