these types of mistakes on the cable news for awhile....maybe back to 2001. I assumed that during that time, they were feverishly trying to get info out.....now they just don't give 2 damns.

my "ti" was a typo, but he wants to bring the jobs back.

But I agree, I've noticed a lot of goofs!

I have to say that this shift in focus is very welcome by me. I sincerely hope it's not simply electioneering.

would get anybody elected.

1. Tax fairness. Toss the current cumbersome tax code, make it no longer than three pages, and make it fair.

2. No more corporate welfare.

3. Made and buy in America (I'm paraphrasing). He was talking about Benjamin Harrison's run for president, and this was an issue back then, too. They didn't want tariffs too high to stop people from buying from us, encouraged home manufacturing, good wages, everything that we think of when we think of America. Or how it used to be.

4. Whittle down the Empire. We can't afford to have bases all over the world, and can't afford $1 Trillion a year in military spending (referred to as defense spending). Close some bases.

I think we should start with #3 and start NOW

Creating a high tax rate for business and giving credits for citizenship.

If your payroll versus profit is balanced then you get a break. If you keep jobs here, then you get a break. If you source your parts here, you get a break...

Yay for American call center workers! As a medical transcriptionist I spend enough hours a week listening to ESL dictators; don't need the aggravation when I'm on the phone.

Well, apart from them being stalled by Congress, the ideas were there. We are incentivizing companies that do business right here in America!

That's my president. So proud of him!!
