Really REALLY miss the Michigan Irish Music Festival (Muskegon) and saw that it has been cancelled again this year. (mostly sorry that y'all have to fight the fools over pandemic protection, tho)

Best wishes from that State Down South (not that I follow football, but hey... )

And also that even if you get vaccinated, its not 100% effective.

But I am getting tired of caring about Republicans that are doing their best to win the Darwin reward.

I think, once everyone has had ample opportunity to get the 2nd shot, let's open things up and let Mother Nature take care of the rest.

Way too many are antivax, some because Tuskegee, some want to wait and see. Meanwhile, the death rate from covid far exceeds any death rate from vaccine.

Detroit is getting more vaccine distribution into the neighborhoods, and seeking endorsement from religious and sports leaders.

Hopefully, more arms will be available for vaccines soon.

I hope it mostly affects the knuckle-dragging Republicans a la Ted Nugent. These people are just plain ignorant. Can we tell it like it is? Stop saying they're "hesitant" or "afraid". They're just plain ignorant. Go ahead and don't get the vaccine and thin the herd for us that way.

The rest of us smart ones are getting the vaccine.

We sure have our fair share of nutjobs in this state.

A lot of my dads family ended up in Ypsi. Lots of uncles aunts and cousins there as a kid. Favorite uncle had a barber shop then a carpet store. Just great memories.
