What are the odds that Trump gave Rudy a pocket pardon?

I donít think he did.
I do think he has them ready, if needed, for himself and his family members.

1. I think the skuttle that went around when frump was pardoning ppl, he did not pardon rudy..and

Probably had his reasons.

Had rudy been pardoned, he could not have taken the 5th and would have to testify against him if subpoenaed

9. So that might have been a tough call for former guy? Risk Rudy

singing his brains out to world (because he had no pardon) vs. assuming YOU, yourself will get prosecuted at some point. ( So pardon him).

3. It seems no president or governor has issued a "secret pardon" so it's still unclear if...

Trump, or anyone else, could get away with it.

From what I can find by asking the question, most legal minds say that it's not specifically prohibited, but that might be simply because the Founders never thought anyone would actually try it. The idea of a pardon is to publicly exonerate someone, so a secret one one would be at the very least suspicious.

None of the legal eagles have any confidence he would get away with it.

"Why can't I get "double secret probation" out of my head now?)

10. I agree. A pint of vodka, yes. A pardon, no.

5. If he had, we'd know about it. Rudy can't keep his mouth shut and Trump wouldn't

be able to resist the lure of the camera in his direction if he were to announce it.

11. Zero odds for Rudy, Zero for Trump and family.

It would have leaked in either of the cases. Pardons are not secret. There are too many people involved in the process.

13. None. If he had...

Rudy would have played that card when the FBI told him they were serving a warrant.

15. Rudy couldn't afford a Trump pardon, so he didn't get one.
